Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced QA (Quality Auditor) to join a well-established manufacturer based within Gloucestershire.

 

The Role

Reporting into the Quality Manager, duties will include:

  • Ensuring quality procedures are applied and maintained
  • Auditing the manufacturing process
  • Supporting quality related production concerns efficiently
  • Identifying potential problems and providing practical advice to support and resolve issues
  • Ensuring products are legally compliant, meeting specifications and customer expectations
  • Conducting daily start-up checks, equipment calibrations, environmental swabbing, sample collections, product testing etc.
  • Completing and filing quality records
  • Conducting non-conformance procedures
  • Assisting with factory visits and audits
  • Supporting the production team with quality document training

 

The Candidate

  • Experience of QA within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven computer literacy paired with good communication skills; written and verbal
  • Have an analytical approach and decision making skills
  • Have the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Great organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Can work to work to tight tolerances and times schedules
  • This position would suit a QA, Quality Auditor, QC, Quality Control, Quality Technician, Quality Controller, Quality Supervisor etc.
